Lucy, Sandy and Jessica are called as witnesses in the "Benaissa case".

Nadja Benaissa's three bandmates have been summoned by the Darmstadt district court to testify at the trial against Nadja Benaissa, the "BILD" newspaper reported on Thursday. However, the court did not want to confirm the report.

Nadja Benaissa is accused of having unprotected sexual intercourse with three men between 2000 and 2004, despite knowing that she was HIV-positive. She is charged with grievous bodily harm.

According to the court, six trial days have been scheduled for the trial so far and 20 witnesses have been summoned.

Benaissa, meanwhile, is still not fit to return to action. "We have just received another sick note for four weeks from Nadja," announced the No Angels management. The singer had to cancel all media appointments and a planned tour at the end of May. It is unclear whether she will be able to attend the start of the trial.

Nadja Benaissa was arrested in a discotheque in April 2009 and spent ten days in custody. At the same time, she was prejudged in a media mudslinging. The Bild newspaper reported particularly drastically.
