Nadja Benaissa's autobiography "Alles wird gut" will be published in September - shortly after the criminal trial against the No Angels singer

Nadja Benaissa has written her autobiography together with author Tinka Dippel. The book is called "Alles wird gut" and will be published on 9 September in the recently established book section of Edel Records.

The publisher announces the book as follows: "Star. Mother. Patient. Accused. Nadja Benaissa is only 28 years old, but already has a life with all its ups and downs behind her: a childhood as a half-Moroccan in a small German town, drug addiction as a teenager, leaving home, pregnancy at 16, positive HIV diagnosis. But she doesn't let it get her down, gives birth to a healthy child - and becomes a pop star."

It sounds as if Benaissa has written a lot off her chest in the 200 pages of the book and that the book has much more to offer than the usual celebrity gossip.

But the manuscript may not yet be finished, as an important chapter is missing: three weeks before the publication date, the trial against the singer begins. The charge is of grievous bodily harm. Nadja Benaissa is accused of having unprotected sex with several partners despite knowing that she was HIV-positive. The verdict should be finalised at the beginning of September.

Perhaps this is why the book is being published on the same date, so that readers can form their own impression of the people behind the new and old headlines.
