Russians in the Landtag

Revolutionary: The SPD parliamentary group shows our exhibition "Men like us".

Russian men, photographed by Russian star photographers: the exhibition "Men like us" is now hanging in the hallway of the Brandenburg SPD parliamentary group!

The slightly or unclothed Russians from the "Men like us" exhibition have reached a new destination: the Brandenburg state parliament. The pictures hang there together with the exhibition "Europe stops homophobia" in the corridor of the SPD parliamentary group. The chairman of the parliamentary group, Dietmar Woidke, opened the dual exhibition at the end of April together with Social Affairs Minister Günther Baaske. Until 15 May, the Social Democrats will be taking a daily look at the male figures - and are sure to welcome many interested visitors.

The "Men like us" exhibition is the result of an initiative by the Russian HIV prevention project LaSky and is intended to promote respect for gays and safer sex. The exhibition is unusual for homophobic Russia - and certainly revolutionary in the Brandenburg state parliament.

ICH WEISS WAS ICH TU brought the exhibition to Germany last year, where it can be seen at various locations.
