The almost non-existent risk of HIV during oral sex is mainly due to the oral mucosa: It is significantly more resistant to HIV than other mucous membranes. Saliva also dilutes fluids containing viruses.
The risk of HIV during oral sex is therefore usually completely overestimated. After all, there is a lot of oral sex - and yet there are only a few HIV transmissions worldwide.
Pleasure drops without HIV risk
There is no HIV risk when blowing with the pleasure drop, i.e. the fluid that sometimes comes out of the cock before cumming. It contains too small an amount of HIV.
When semen enters the mouth during oral sex
There have been few cases worldwide in which HIV infection has occurred through semen during blowing.
If semen gets into your mouth, you can spit it out and rinse with a little liquid to further reduce the very low risk.
Even if sperm is swallowed, the risk is very low. Drinking some liquid helps to flush the semen into the stomach. The robust oesophagus and stomach acid protect against infection.
