Coming Out

Everyone should be free to decide whether and when to come out as HIV-positive to family members or at work. Nobody can force you, but it can still be relieving to talk to friends or colleagues about your infection.

If you want to come out as HIV-positive to your family, friends, partner or at work, you need courage and a few basic tips. You have to find the courage yourself. On the website of Deutsche AIDS-Hilfe you will find a few tips that can help you.
